Below is our limited warranty policy, which applies to all products and services we provide.

LIMITED WARRANTY
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED BELOW, INDUSTRIAL RUBBER PRODUCTS CO. (THE "COMPANY") GIVES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY OTHER MATTER, OF ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY.

With respect to PRODUCTS AND SERVICES the Company warrants to the original purchaser of the repair services that such products and services shall be provided in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with the written specifications and requirements of the original purchaser of the products and services. The Company's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the re-performance of any services or replacement of products which may thus prove defective under normal use and service within one year from the date of receipt by the original purchaser of the products or services (the "Guarantee Period"), and which the Company's examination, pursuant to its Return Authorization Procedure, shall disclose to the Company's sole satisfaction to be thus defective. The foregoing remedy is the sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty. Warranty claims must be submitted to the Company in writing via registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, within 30 days after discovery thereof, but not later than the expiration of the Guarantee Period; otherwise, such claims shall be deemed waived, and the Company shall have no liability or obligation hereunder.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW, CUSTOM OR USAGE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR USE AND OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES ON THE COMPANY'S PART.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages (including, without limitation, lost profits or revenues) arising out of or relating to the products and services provided, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
The purchaser hereby assents to the terms and conditions contained herein, without objection, which shall be binding on the purchaser with respect to all future contracts entered into between the Company and purchaser. This Limited Warranty contains the complete understanding of the parties as to this subject matter. Any prior oral or written communications or agreements of the parties not expressly set forth herein are of no force or effect. Any additional or inconsistent terms in any purchase order, acknowledgment or acceptance, or any other documents received by the Company, are of no effect.
